Frozen Chocolate Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed graham crackers
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 pt. rich chocolate ice cream (Haagen Dazs), softened
    2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Line 8 x 8-inch baking pan with foil.
    Combine graham crackers and melted butter; mix thoroughly.
    Press into bottom of pan.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Add softened ice cream and blend thoroughly.
    Pour into pan over graham crackers.
    Place in freezer for 2 hours or until firm.
    Melt unsweetened chocolate and drizzle over top of frozen mixture.
    Return to freezer; ready to serve.
