Ruth Lyon'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberries
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 small pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1/2 c. diced apples
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook berries in water until they pop.
    Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
    Pour over Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Let mixture cool, then add apples, celery and nuts.
    Chill and serve.
