Microwave Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium cooking apples, washed and cored
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Cut off top third of each apple.
    Place bottoms of apples in apple baker.
    Sprinkle with raisins.
    Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; sprinkle over raisins.
    Place tops of apples over sugar mixture.
    Pour apple juice over apples; cover with wax paper; puncture.
    Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High or until tender.
    Let stand, covered, 3 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
