Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pulp
    2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add pulp and sugar.\tMix flour, salt and soda. Alternate flour and milk.
    Add butter and flavoring.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Raise to 400\u00b0 and brown.
