Snapper With Cumin-Citrus Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bay leaf
    2 lemon slices
    4 red snapper fillets
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, bring 2 inches of water to a simmer with bay leaf and lemon slices.
    Add the fillets; cover and simmer for 4 to 6 minutes, or until fish is flakey.
