Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. flour
1 pinch of salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together well. Then add milk. Add egg yolks beaten. Cook on medium heat until filling starts to thicken. Add vanilla and butter. Pour in cooked pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/3 cup sugar. Beat 3 more minutes. Put on pie and brown in oven until light brown.
