Ingredients

2 pt. pistachio ice cream
2 pt. chocolate ice cream
1/4 c. mixed candied fruits
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Line 2 (one-quart) bowls with foil.
Soften pistachio ice cream and line each bowl with it.
Freeze at least 1 hour.
Soften chocolate ice cream and layer each bowl.
Freeze again.
Fold fruit into softened vanilla ice cream.
Fill center of each bowl with this mixture.
Smooth across top and freeze hard.
Take ice cream from bowls and press together.
Cover this ball with cream that has been whipped with the sugar.
Freeze hard, wrapped in plastic.
Keep frozen until ready to serve.
May decorate with sprinkles, sauces, etc.
