Baked Chicken Breasts(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Dip chicken in skim milk.
    Shake in plastic bag with corn flake crumbs until coated.
    Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Cover dish with lid or foil and cook for 15 to 20 minutes for more tender and moist chicken.
