Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. condensed tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. diced celery
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and 1 teaspoon of salt.
    Shape in 1 1/2-inch balls and brown on all sides in the hot margarine.
    Put in 3-quart casserole.
    Mix remaining ingredients, including salt. Arrange on top of meatballs.
    Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
