Icebox Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 14 large cukes, sliced thin
    1 or 2 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper
    2 ribs celery, slivered
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Heat sugar, vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil and cool until lukewarm.
    Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate.
    Ready in 24 hours.
