Fish A La Russe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean whitefish fillets (flounder or orange roughy, about 1 1/4 lb.)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Place onions in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Rinse fish and pat dry.
    Sprinkle with seasoning.
    Roll up, starting at narrow end.
    Place fish rolls, seam side down, on onion.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0, covered.
