Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 c. chopped ripe olives
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can chopped green chiles
    3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; add tomato sauce, taco mix, olives and onion flakes.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Crush tortilla chips.
    Put half of the chips in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Add meat mixture.
    Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and green chiles.
    Pour over meat. Add cheese. Top with remaining chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
