White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. scalding hot milk
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. clear imitation vanilla
Preparation
    Whip until creamy 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add 2 1/2 to 3 pounds powdered sugar.
    Whip until well mixed.
    (Add sugar a pound at a time.)
    Makes enough for 2 or 3 cakes.
    This may be frozen for up to 1 year.
