Slob-Jerky Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 15 lb. ground meat (game or beef)
    2/3 c. curing salt or Tender Quick
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. onion powder
    3 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Grind your meat and add the remaining ingredients thoroughly in a bowl while kneading the meat like dough.
    Let the meat sit in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours after mixing to ensure uniform release of flavor throughout the meat.
