Golden Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. carrots, steamed until just tender
1 large onion, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 can undiluted tomato soup
1/2 c. canola or safflower oil
1/4 c. plain or flavored vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cool carrots. Combine with onion and pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine other ingredients to taste; stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over carrot mixture and refrigerate 48 hours or more, stirring 2 to 3 times daily to dissolve rest of sugar.
This is a great salad when lettuce is out of season!
