Busy-Day Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew beef, cut to bite size
    stew vegetables you prefer (carrots, onions, potatoes and celery)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. tomato juice or V-8 juice
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix tomato juice with tapioca.
    Pour over meat and vegetables in casserole.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
