Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 full c. rhubarb, cut in slices
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 whole egg (unbeaten)
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Put rhubarb in a bowl; add sugar and all other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until firm.
