Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed butternut squash
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine squash, sugar, 1/2 cup melted margarine, 2 eggs and vanilla and mix well.
If mixture seems extra thick, add 1/4 cup milk; if mixture seems thin, add 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Place mixture in 2-quart buttered casserole.
Combine brown sugar, flour, 2 1/2 tablespoons melted margarine and pecans in separate bowl.
Mix thoroughly and sprinkle topping on squash mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
