Green Chili (Mexican Stew)(Warning! Not For The Weak.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cuminos (cumin)
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. chili pepper (may use the chili seasoning)
    2 c. pork gravy
    4 (10 oz.) cans tomatoes and green chilies
    4 (3 1/2 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
    1 (5 lb.) pork roast, cooked and diced
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and add water to cover and pork gravy (may be gravy mix).
    Simmer (the longer you simmer it the better it will be).
    May add more or less ingredients depending on how hot you like it.
