Julia Smith'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or deer
    1 pkg. French's Chili-O mix
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large rib celery, chopped
    1 garlic button, chopped fine
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can water
Preparation
    Cook meat and chopped vegetables until meat is no longer red. Stir in Chili-O mix until dissolved.
    Add tomato sauce and water. Cook on stove for about 30 minutes.
    Stir to prevent sticking. Remove to crock-pot and simmer for about 2 hours.
