Fruit Salad Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. dry mustard
10 oz. Cool Whip
assorted fresh fruits, sliced, chopped and drained well
Preparation

Melt butter and add vinegar.
Mix in beaten eggs and cream. In separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and dry mustard.
Add egg mixture to dry mixture slowly.
Add butter and vinegar.
Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Let cool and refrigerate.
Add Cool Whip before serving.
Blend into assorted fresh fruit pieces.
May store sauce in refrigerator up to one month.
