Stir-Fried Ginger And Orange Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Steam Ahead Broccoli
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil or a light coating of pan spray
    2 medium sized scallions, thinly sliced
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced or 1/4 tsp. dried ginger
    2 tsp. finely shredded orange zest (orange colored outer layer of the peel)
Preparation
    Coat the bottom of a saut pan or wok with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Heat the pan over high heat until it begins to lightly smoke. Add the broccoli and stir-fry until heated through. Add the scallions, garlic, ginger and orange zest. Stir-fry another minute and serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6 people as a side dish.
