Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/3 c. crushed nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and cool.
    Add ginger ale. Chill.
    When slightly thickened, add vinegar, pineapple and carrots.
    Turn into mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Eat plain or serve with salad dressing.
