Country Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    3/4 cups self-rising flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    4 teaspoons margarine or butter
Preparation
    Heat oil on medium heat in a large skillet.
    Pour flour, salt and pepper into a medium bowl, and toss to mix seasonings.
    Add drained corn and toss with a fork to thoroughly coat corn.
    Add to skillet.
    Add butter to corn and stir every couple of minutes until golden brown.
