Ham And Cottage Cheese Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, minced
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. diced ham
    pinch of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil until tender.
    Add mushrooms and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Place cottage cheese and eggs in blender to blend.
    Place this in a bowl and add ham with onion and mushrooms with nutmeg and seasoning.
    Grease a muffin tin and divide mixture equally between them.
    This makes 6 small cups.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
