Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. mandarin peel
    2 c. mandarin juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 qt. brandy
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. coriander
Preparation
    Remove all white from mandarin peel and discard.
    Finely chop peel, mix with cinnamon and coriander.
    Pour the brandy over this mixture, mix thoroughly.
    Store in covered bottle for two months. Filter and bottle.
