Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope (1 oz.) onion soup mix
    15 to 20 small potatoes (red or white)
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
    Italian seasoning, garlic salt or paprika to taste
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    In a mixing bowl, combine 1/3 of potatoes with 1 to 2 tablespoons cooking oil, onion soup mix and spices, if desired.
    Spread in baking pan.
    Repeat with potatoes, oil, soup mix and spices until all potatoes are coated.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Serve with ketchup and/or sour cream, if desired.
