Orange Delectable Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 beaten egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Knox plain gelatine
3/4 c. orange juice
3 egg whites
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
stiffly beaten whipped cream
1 angel food cake

Preparation

Mix together flour, 1 cup sugar, salt, yolks and milk, gradually, while cooking on top of a double boiler, stirring gradually until mixture thickens (about 10 minutes).
Set aside to cool.
