"Khreschatic" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    230 grams nuts, ground (8.10 oz.)
    5 egg whites
    220 grams confectioners sugar (7.75 oz.)
Preparation
    Whip egg whites until stiff, slowly adding confectioners sugar and ground nuts.
    Divide into 5 equal parts in greased and floured 8 or 9-inch spring-form pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Gently take out of pans and cool.
