Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Add milk and egg to dry ingredients; mix. Pour into a greased skillet or pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until brown.
