Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 Tbsp. mustard (dry)
1 Tbsp. salad oil
4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Sprinkle a little mustard on chops and brown in oil.
In casserole, arrange potatoes, onions and chops in layers.
Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour over all.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
