Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    3 boiled eggs
    1 medium cucumber (optional)
    6 sweet pickles
    4 ribs celery
    2 green onions
    1/4 to 1/2 bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    celery seed (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and boil in skins until tender.
    While potatoes are cooking, boil the eggs and cut all other ingredients very fine.
    Peel potatoes and put in a large bowl.
    Add vinegar and let stand 15 minutes.
    Cube potatoes and combine all ingredients. This is better if you can serve before refrigerating.
