Four Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    2 cans butter beans
    2 cans pork and beans
    1 can lima beans, drained
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Brown bacon; drain extra fat.
    Fry onions in bacon fat until soft; set aside.
    Fry ground beef or chuck until browned.
    Add all seasonings.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Mix in beans, bacon and onions.
    Place into a large baking dish or two oven to freezer casseroles.
    Bake the entire batch in one pan at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or less.
    Or freeze in smaller casserole dishes and bake as needed.
