Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, diced
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sweet cream or 1/2 c. milk with 2 level Tbsp. Crisco
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Grease a loaf cake pan.
    Place diced rhubarb in bottom of pan. Pour 1 cup of sugar over rhubarb.
    Then make batter and pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tests clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.
