Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen cut up broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. nonfat milk
    2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Chop 1 cup of the broccoli.
    Add onion and saute at medium heat, about 5 minutes.
    Put in blender and liquify; then return to pan and saute again for about 1 or 2 minutes.
    Add remaining broccoli, milk and dissolved bouillon cubes.
    Cook at low heat about 5 minutes, careful not to scorch.
    Then thicken with cornstarch and 1/2 cup water.
    Serve hot.
