Baked Beans(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
2 (16 oz.) cans B&M baked beans
6 slices bacon, diced and partially cooked
Preparation

Combine onion, catsup, mustard and brown sugar in a deep, 2-quart, non-metallic casserole.
Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 4 minutes or until onion is tender.
Add beans.
Stir to thoroughly combine.
Top with bacon pieces.
Heat, covered, in microwave oven 12 to 15 minutes or until beans are hot and bacon has finished cooking.
Serves 4 to 6.
