Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together the pineapple and juice, baking soda and egg. Fold in flour, sugar and chopped pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
