Corn Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crushed soda crackers
17 oz. can drained whole kernel corn
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
milk
Preparation

In the bottom of a very lightly greased glass baking dish, place a layer of crushed soda crackers.
Pour a can of drained whole kernel corn over the soda crackers.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place
margarine or butter over the corn.
Have butter broken in small bits and spread evenly over the corn.
Sprinkle grated cheese (sharp Cheddar) over all.
Then add another layer of finely crushed soda cracker crumbs. Pour enough milk over all to cover all ingredients in dish.
Bake in a 325\u00b0
oven until firm and slightly browned.
