Elaine Burkett'S Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
pie shell
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix
sugar
and
flour;
add
eggs, milk, flavoring and butter.
Pour
into 9-inch pie shell and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
