Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix butter with cornflake crumbs.
    Mix together other ingredients and add a touch of milk for a little moisture.
    Top with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
