Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Over low heat, cook butter, brown sugar and water. Stir in chocolate chips and stir
until smooth.
Pour into a large mixing bowl and cool 10 minutes.
Using a mixer, beat in eggs, one at a time. Reduce speed and mix in flour, soda and salt.
Chill dough 1 hour.
