Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked rice
    3 tbsp. oleo
    1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can sweet milk
    1 small can sliced mushrooms (drained)
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    Parmesan Cheese
    Salt, pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli. Saute onions and celery in oleo. Add soup and milk and heat for about 3 minutes.
    Add Cheez Whiz, broccoli, rice, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Put in covered casserole coated with Pam.
    Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
    Remove lid for last 10 minutes.
