Party Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. catsup
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Use as filling between lightly buttered slices of sandwich bread.
Trim crusts.
Cut each diagonally into 4 triangles.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
