Low Cholesterol Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 medium ripe bananas
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. dates
    1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
Preparation
    Mix bananas, oil, egg whites, dates and dry milk in blender. Blend until smooth and mix with dry ingredients.
    Pour into 12 muffin cups and bake at 425\u00b0 for 17 to 20 minutes.
