Bertha'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 jalapeno or Fresno chiles
    5 medium tomatoes
    3 cloves garlic
    1/4 bunch coriander (cilantro)
    1 bunch green onions
    1 pinch cumin powder (1/4 tsp.)
    1 juice of lemon or lime
Preparation
    Brown chiles and tomatoes on all sides.
    Put in a brown paper bag or plastic bag until it reaches room temperature.
    Peel off stems and skin and put in a bowl.
    Add minced garlic, green onions and the remaining ingredients.
    Hand mix and chop all ingredients together.
    (Should be room temperature or chilled).
