6 1/2 Tbsp. rice
7/8 c. wheat
3 1/4 c. milk
4 oz. dried apricots
4 oz. dried figs
1 oz. currants
3 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. rose water
3 1/2 Tbsp. chickpeas
3 1/2 Tbsp. dried beans
3 1/2 Tbsp. horse beans
4 oz. walnuts, unshelled
6 oz. sultana raisins
4 oz. almonds, unshelled
Preparation

Soak wheat and rice in water for 12 hours in a bowl.
In another bowl soak the dried beans and peas for 12 hours.
