Grandma'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
    1 sm. pkg. lemon or lime jello
    1 sm. can pineapple
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 sm. jar pimento
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    1 c. liquid
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple and use the juice plus water to make 1 cup. Bring this liquid to a boil and stir in the jello. Let the mixture cool and mix in the cream cheese. Add the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
