Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf bread dough
1 pepper
1 pkg. hot sausage
1 egg
Italian seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
2 pkg. sweet sausage
2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

In pan, fry sausage, onion, pepper and seasoning until pepper is tender.
Strain off grease.
Roll dough in rectangle; prick with fork to make air holes.
Fill with sausage, onion and pepper combo.
Sprinkle with cheese (roll like a jelly roll).
Beat egg; brush bread with egg.
Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
