Jiffy Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. grated sweet chocolate
1/2 c. chopped almonds or any kind of nuts
Preparation

Combine shortening, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Beat with mixer until light and smooth.
Pour into deep cake pan.
Mix chocolate with nuts and spread evenly over cake.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
