Egg Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. butter
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 c. diced celery
2 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
egg roll wrappers (you find them in the produce section)
peanut oil
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Brown beef in butter.
Add vegetables and seasonings.
Cook 5 minutes.
Drain and cool.
